  • What is Flexible Ticketing?

    We know plans can change, that’s why we’ve made it simple for you to exchange your tickets to a different date, subject to the below Terms and Conditions.

    To exchange your tickets, please contact your ticketing agent at point of purchase. You can also contact the venue as follows:

    Terms and Conditions

    Tickets may only be exchanged for performances within the same venue and season.
    Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start time of your original ticketed performance.

    Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for the same performance.

    Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue. Tickets purchased via third party providers are subject to their exchange policies, we recommend contacting them directly.

    Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments may apply if choosing a performance or price level that costs more than the original ticket value, or if original ticket value was from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounts available.

    New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.

    Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

    Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.

    Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are no eligible for exchange.

  • What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

    To ensure a safe and comfortable experience as reasonably possible for visitors and staff, venues may have COVID-safe measures in place. Please help us by following their recommendations, more information can be found via the venue links below.


  • Who are the authorised ticket sellers?

    Tickets purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar, may result in being refused entry to the event.

    The authorised ticket seller for The Mousetrap at the Theatre Royal Sydney is Theatre Royal Sydney Ticketing and partner ticketing agent Ticketek. We also work in partnership with TIX Group.

    Please be advised, the venue and producer have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. We encourage all ticket purchases to be completed through the authorised ticket seller only.

  • How long is the performance?

    The Mousetrap runs for 2 hours and 20 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

  • Is there an age requirement for The Mousetrap?

    The Mousetrap is recommended for ages 7 and older.
